One of the most revolutionary advancements in the way designers and developers can innovate their products is through affordable 3D printing. 3D printing provides our clients a cost-effective opportunity to experience their designs in the real-world before committing to manufacturing. In many cases, end-use parts can also be created via 3D printing. With a wide range of capabilities from rubber-like plastics to industrial metals, we meet 3D printing demands in a big way.

Check out this quick time-lapse video of a 3D printed object from ColorFabb.

Every 3D printed object must first be created as a 3D digital design file. This is much like the need for a text file when printing a document on a traditional printer. 3DViture is happy to facilitate 3D prints for both the designs that we make as well as the designs that you may already have. It is important that the file is in the correct format and scale for accurate 3D printing. We meet this demand as well.

*Plastic 3D prints are typically available in multiple colors. Not all colors are regularly stocked so specific color requirements can affect the turn-around time of your 3D prints.

General Purpose Plastics (ABS and PLA)

Ideal for low-cost prototyping, toys, cases and mechanical parts.

High Detailed Plastics

Ideal for intricate designs, sculptures, or small components.

SLS Nylon

Ideal for functioning parts and end-use products.

Fiber-Reinforced Nylon

Ideal for parts that demand the strength of metal.

Rigid Opaque Plastic (Industrial)

Ideal for realistic prototypes that resemble a finished product.

Rubber-Like Plastic

Ideal for parts intended to have a flexibility that is much like rubber.

Transparent Plastic

The most transparent plastic option that is ideal for form and fit testing.

Simulated Polypropylene (Industrial)

Ideal for flexible snap-fit assemblies such as phone cases.

Small-Scale Injection Molding (Industrial)

Ideal for affordable injection molds that use simulated ABS to print runs of 10 to 100 pieces.

Heat Resistant Plastics

Ideal for components that must endure prolonged periods of heat such as the lamps of exhibition models.

Full Color Sandstone

This is the process of applying a colored texture to printed objects for the purposes of realistic appearance.

Industrial Metals

Printed using metal powder, the available metals include aluminum, stainless steel, bronze and cobalt chromium.
